Users may only publish Content they own or have the necessary rights or permissions to use. Unauthorized copies, reposts, pirated Content, or other Content that infringes intellectual property rights are not allowed on LEMOON.
LEMOON may remove or restrict infringing Content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate Accounts involved in serious or repeated infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe Content on LEMOON infringes your copyright, you or an authorized representative may contact [email protected].
Please include:
- the copyrighted work concerned;
- the URL or location of the Content on LEMOON;
- information explaining why you believe your rights are being infringed;
- your name and contact information;
- confirmation that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized;
- confirmation that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information where necessary. LEMOON may remove or restrict the Content while reviewing or handling a claim and may share relevant information from the complaint with the affected User where necessary.
2. Counter-Notice
If your Content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe this happened because of a mistake, misidentification, or because you have the legal right to use the Content, you may contact [email protected].
Please identify the affected Content, explain why you believe it should be restored, and provide your name, contact information, and physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information required by applicable law and may share the counter-notice with the original claimant.
LEMOON may restore the Content where appropriate, unless another legal or policy reason requires it to remain unavailable.
3. Other Intellectual Property & Misuse
Trademark and other intellectual property complaints may also be submitted to [email protected] with enough information for us to understand the claim and identify the affected Content.
Complaints and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith. LEMOON may reject false, misleading, abusive, or incomplete requests and may take action against Accounts that misuse this process.
LEMOON does not determine the ultimate ownership of disputed intellectual property. The parties remain responsible for resolving any underlying legal dispute.
