Paid Content Program Terms

Paid Content Program Terms

Last Updated: 16/08/2026

1. Introduction & Participation

These Paid Content Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern participation in LEMOON's Paid Content Program.

They supplement the Creator Monetization Terms and our Terms of Service.

If these Program Terms conflict with the Creator Monetization Terms on a matter specifically related to the Paid Content Program, these Program Terms will apply to that matter.

Participation is optional.

2. Eligibility

A Series becomes eligible for the Paid Content Program once it has at least five published episodes.

LEMOON may change this eligibility requirement from time to time. Any change will apply prospectively and will not affect earnings already generated under the previous requirements.

The Creator and Series must also satisfy the requirements of the Creator Monetization Terms.

Once eligible, a Creator may request or enable participation using the method made available by LEMOON.

3. Paid Content

Once monetization is enabled for a Series, the Creator may choose which eligible episodes or other Content to make available as Paid Content.

Creators are not required to monetize every eligible episode and may continue publishing free Content alongside Paid Content.

Readers may access Paid Content using the payment, Virtual Item, or other access methods made available through the Services.

LEMOON may determine or change the pricing options, access methods, and other conditions available through the Paid Content Program.

4. Revenue Share

Creators receive 70% of the applicable Net Revenue generated by their Paid Content. LEMOON retains the remaining 30%.

For these Program Terms, “Net Revenue” means the amount actually received by LEMOON in connection with the relevant transaction after applicable third-party platform or payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other required transaction-related deductions.

The revenue share applies only to valid eligible transactions. Transactions that are refunded, reversed, fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise excluded under the Creator Monetization Terms do not generate eligible Creator earnings.

5. Creator Monetization Terms Apply

Creator earnings, balances, payouts, taxes, adjustments, fraud prevention, suspension, and other matters not specifically addressed in these Program Terms are governed by the Creator Monetization Terms.

Participation in the Paid Content Program does not guarantee any particular amount of earnings or any earnings at all.

6. Changes to the Program

LEMOON may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Paid Content Program or update these Program Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter Creator earnings already generated before their effective date.

The version of these Program Terms in effect at the time of the relevant Paid Content transaction will govern that transaction.
