Creator Monetization Terms

Creator Monetization Terms

Last Updated: 16/08/2026

1. Introduction & Scope

These Creator Monetization Terms (“Monetization Terms”) apply to Creators who participate in monetization Programs offered by LEMOON.

They supplement our Terms of Service. Individual monetization Programs may also be governed by separate Program-specific terms.

If Program-specific terms conflict with these Monetization Terms on a matter specifically related to that Program, the Program-specific terms will apply to that matter.

Participation in monetization is optional. Creators remain free to publish and monetize their Creator Content elsewhere, and participation does not grant LEMOON ownership or exclusivity over their work.

By requesting, enabling, or participating in a monetization Program, you agree to these Monetization Terms and the terms applicable to that Program.

2. General Eligibility

To participate in monetization:

  • your Account and Creator Content must comply with our Terms of Service and Content & Community Guidelines;
  • you must meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the Program;
  • you must own or have the necessary rights to monetize the Creator Content;
  • you must have the legal capacity and authority necessary to participate;
  • you must provide any information reasonably required to participate or receive payouts.

If you participate on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

Meeting the applicable requirements does not guarantee continued access to monetization. LEMOON may refuse, restrict, suspend, or remove participation where necessary because of policy violations, fraud, manipulation, legal requirements, or other activity affecting the integrity of a Program.

3. Earnings & Balance

LEMOON may provide Creators with an earnings balance or other monetization information through the Services.

Participation in monetization does not guarantee that a Creator will generate any particular amount of earnings or any earnings at all.

Amounts shown before payout may be provisional and remain subject to adjustments under these Monetization Terms and any applicable Program terms.

Only eligible earnings finalized by LEMOON count toward the minimum payout threshold.

Information shown through the Services helps Creators track monetization activity and does not create a separate entitlement beyond amounts payable under the applicable terms.

4. Payouts

Creators may request a payout once their eligible earnings balance reaches $200. LEMOON may change the minimum payout threshold from time to time. Any updated threshold will apply prospectively.

Payouts are made using the payout methods supported by LEMOON. Creators are responsible for providing complete and accurate payout information and keeping it up to date.

Before processing a payout, LEMOON may require information necessary to verify identity, eligibility, or payment details.

A payout may be delayed, rejected, or remain pending if:

  • required information is incomplete or incorrect;
  • the selected payout method cannot receive the payment;
  • additional verification is required;
  • the Account or earnings are under review; or
  • processing the payout would violate applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

Any fees charged directly by a payout provider are the responsibility of the Creator unless LEMOON states otherwise.

LEMOON is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect information provided by the Creator or circumstances outside LEMOON's control.

5. Creator Information & Taxes

Creators are responsible for providing information reasonably required by LEMOON to enable monetization or process payouts.

This may include identity, contact, tax, or payment information where necessary.

Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax, reporting, and other legal obligations relating to earnings received through LEMOON.

LEMOON may request additional documentation where required to process a payout, verify eligibility, comply with legal obligations, or meet payment-provider requirements.

Where required, LEMOON may withhold, report, or deduct amounts from a payout.

Failure to provide required information may result in a payout being delayed or withheld until the necessary information is provided.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments

Creator earnings may be adjusted where related transactions or monetization activity are later refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, found to be invalid, or otherwise become ineligible.

LEMOON may correct or reverse affected earnings.

If an adjustment occurs after earnings have been credited to a Creator balance, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the current or future balance.

LEMOON may also correct balances where we identify an error or another issue affecting their accuracy.

7. Fraud & Manipulation

Creators must not manipulate monetization activity, earnings, transactions, or eligibility on LEMOON.

This includes:

  • generating or arranging artificial monetization activity;
  • using multiple Accounts, automated systems, or coordinated activity to improperly increase earnings;
  • exploiting errors, bugs, promotions, or payment systems for improper financial gain;
  • creating fraudulent transactions or encouraging others to do so;
  • circumventing payout, eligibility, or monetization restrictions.

LEMOON may exclude activity or earnings that we determine are fraudulent, invalid, manipulated, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the applicable terms.

Where necessary, we may adjust balances, delay or withhold payouts, restrict monetization, or suspend participation in one or more Programs.

Serious or repeated violations may also result in action under our Terms of Service.

8. Multiple Creators & Collaborators

If Creator Content is created or owned by more than one person, the Creator receiving earnings through LEMOON is responsible for having the necessary authority to monetize that Content and for distributing any amounts owed to collaborators, co-owners, or other rights holders.

LEMOON is not responsible for agreements or payment disputes between collaborators.

9. Suspension & Ending Monetization

Creators may stop participating in monetization using the options made available by LEMOON.

LEMOON may restrict, suspend, or end participation in one or more monetization Programs where necessary to protect the platform, enforce applicable terms, or address activity affecting eligibility or Program integrity.

This may occur where:

  • eligibility requirements are no longer met;
  • these Monetization Terms, Program-specific terms, the Terms of Service, or Content & Community Guidelines are violated;
  • fraud, manipulation, abuse, or invalid activity is detected;
  • required information cannot be verified or is materially inaccurate;
  • continued participation creates a legal, security, or operational risk; or
  • LEMOON is required to take action by law, legal process, or a competent authority.

Suspension or removal from monetization does not affect the Creator's ownership of their Creator Content.

Eligible earnings generated before participation ends remain subject to the applicable terms, including adjustments, reviews, and payout requirements.

10. Changes to Monetization

LEMOON may update these Monetization Terms or modify the conditions applicable to monetization from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter Creator earnings already generated before their effective date.

LEMOON may also introduce, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue monetization Programs or features. Participation does not guarantee that any Program, condition, or monetization option will remain available indefinitely.

The terms in effect at the time of the relevant monetized activity will govern that activity.

11. Independent Creator Relationship

Participation in LEMOON monetization does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or similar relationship between a Creator and LEMOON.

Creators remain independent and responsible for their Creator Content, activities, expenses, obligations, and decisions.

Nothing in these Monetization Terms authorizes a Creator to act on behalf of LEMOON or represent that they are an employee, agent, or official representative of LEMOON.
